These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell decorative model cars with a built-in humidifier and aroma diffuser function, along with related accessories. Product images are for illustration; small differences in colour or detail may occur. The products are display and decorative items and are not toys intended for young children. Product names describe the style of each model and do not indicate any affiliation with, or endorsement by, any car manufacturer.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud; in that case, we refund any payment in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have named.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us RevScent, A. Vienuolio g. 4, Vilnius, 01102, Lithuania, revscent.store@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, such as an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as essential oils) once they have been unsealed after delivery.

In addition to this legal right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return option for unopened items and free replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, as described in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

You are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, for at least 2 years from delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Please contact us if a product is faulty.

8. Safe use

Use the products only as described in the included instructions: use clean tap water, use only small amounts of water-soluble essential or diffuser oil, keep away from heat sources, don't operate without water, and unplug before refilling or cleaning. Keep the product and essential oils out of reach of small children and pets. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by failing to follow the instructions.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to RevScent or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at revscent.store@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve it within 14 days. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) or the consumer authority in your country.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
