How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 7–14 business days within the EU. See our shipping page for other countries.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track your order page to see where it is.
My tracking number isn't showing anything
That's normal for the first 2–3 days after shipping – the carrier needs time to scan the parcel. If there's still no update after 5 business days, message us and we'll check it for you.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the EU, the UK and most other countries. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Within the EU: no. For orders outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Message us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll update or cancel it.
I entered the wrong address – what now?
Contact us right away with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it for free.
The product
How does it work?
Fill the tank with water, add a few drops of essential oil if you like and plug it in via USB. Within seconds, mist rolls out of the exhaust while the tail light glows.
Is it real smoke?
No. It's cool, fine water mist – no smoke, no heat, no fire, no burning smell. It works like a small humidifier and aroma diffuser in the shape of a sports car.
Does it make engine sounds?
No – lights and mist, but no sound. Any engine sound in our videos was added in editing.
How big is the car?
About 21 cm (8.3 in) long in 1:24 scale, with a metal (zinc alloy) body.
Which oils can I use?
A few drops of water-soluble essential oil or diffuser oil. One essential oil comes free with your order. Don't use thick or perfumed oils – they can clog the mist unit.
Returns & refunds
My car arrived damaged – what do I do?
Sorry about that! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos or a short video of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund – you won't pay anything.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Full details on our returns page.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your return. The money goes back to your original payment method.
What about my 14-day right of withdrawal?
If you live in the EU, you can always withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You can open the box to check the product, but please handle it carefully – we may deduct value for damage or heavy use. Return shipping is paid by you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna – depending on your country.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
